Whether you are seeking to process a major life transition, anchor a collective milestone, or create a dedicated sanctuary to move through shared loss, a private gathering offers a custom-tailored space to create, feel, and integrate together.
Rooted in clinical psychology, somatic awareness, and the expressive freedom of art therapy, these containers are designed to help your circle drop beneath the noise of daily life and realign with collective wisdom.
Standard Soul Circle
Celebration, Connection, & Creative Rejuvenation
Perfect for birthdays, milestone gatherings, community circles, or meaningful wellness gatherings. This space blends gentle somatic grounding with expressive writing prompts and mixed-media art therapy to cultivate joy, self-awareness, and deeper connection within your group. (Light, mindful refreshments/drinking are welcome during this experience).
Investment & Timing:
6 to 12 participants: $50 per person (75-minute experience)
13 to 20 participants: $50 per person (2-hour experience)
Sacred Grief Ceremony for Soul Circles
Honoring Loss, Processing Together, & Holding Sacred Space
A deeply reverent, specialized art therapy container designed for groups navigating a shared loss, a collective life transition, or memorializing a loved one. We safely externalize and witness grief through somatic containment, honor rituals, and creative expression.
Please note: To preserve the emotional safety and integrity of this container, absolute sobriety is required for all participants both before and during this ceremony.
Investment & Timing:
6 to 12 participants: $85 per person (2-hour experience)
13 to 20 participants: $85 per person (3-hour experience)
Planning Your Circle: Intentional Boundaries
To ensure every gathering is held with the utmost care, structure, and energetic safety, please review the following operational boundaries before initiating your booking:
Location & Travel: Circles can be hosted virtually via a secure Zoom container or in person at your chosen location. In-person events within the Greater Portland, Maine area include all travel. For locations outside of the Greater Portland area, custom travel costs will be calculated and appended to your final invoice.
Supplies & Environment: All specialized art therapy and ceremonial supplies are fully provided for in-person events (or a curated supply list/digital package will be coordinated for virtual sessions). For in-person gatherings, the host simply provides a quiet, comfortable space with flat table surfaces suitable for creating.
Booking Terms: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your gathering. Minimum group size is 6; maximum is 20.
